Air Jordan VI Black Infrared for the black friday
The Air Jordan VI Black Infrared is undoubtedly the most anticipated Jordan retro and certainly the most iconic of all.
Jordan VI Black Infrared is the model worn by Michael Jordan during his first championship won in 1991 with the Chicago Bulls. This is (still) Tinker Hatfield who designed the fourth model of Jordan with air bubble apparent, he’s incorporated into the design of the beauty, the number 23 which is on the upper (2 relates at the ankle and 3 on the side panel).
It took 23 years for a retro pretty close to the original ’91, mainly due to the return of 3M behind the perforations. However, the 2014 retro has nubuck unlike the original which opted for the durabuck, a durable synthetic nubuck. Few Infrared touches on the sole and lacelockers are more representative of the og, the 2010 retro was more a “Varsity Red” like.
